Indian Naval Aviation Museum was opened on 12th October 1998 in Vasco Da Gama city in Goa as a Military Aviation Museum. At the time of opening, there were only 6 aircraft in the museum.

Indian Naval Aviation Museum stored the Indian Naval Air Arm memoir. The museum has two galleries. One is an outside gallery, and the other is an indoor gallery.
